Every morning\u2019s awakening is an opportunity to excel, and every evening\u2019s reflection, a checkpoint of accountability and a planning session for the morrow\u2019s pursuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cWhen you wake up in the morning, every decision you make should be in the idea of excellence,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-learning-right-from-wrong\"><strong>3. UNDERSTANDING DISCIPLINE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Discipline, in Schofield\u2019s philosophy, is far from a punitive measure; it is the very essence of freedom. It\u2019s the commitment to doing what is right, regardless of who is watching, that creates a foundation for authenticity and reliability in leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cDiscipline is knowing right from wrong and doing right,\u201d he says. \u201cIt\u2019s freedom.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-developing-perseverance-and-a-positive-attitude\"><strong>5. DEVELOPING PERSEVERANCE AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Perseverance, coupled with a positive attitude, is the cornerstone of enduring success.
