main feature of the dashboard is a chart that displays the 7-day Exertion Score for a chosen group, team, or individual. To the right of the chart, the dashboard displays the current daily Exertion Score, as well as the average scores for the past 7 days and the past 28 days. Scores then categorize the athletes using the following labels: Heavy Fatigued, Slight Fatigue, Moderate Fatigue and Well Rested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the bottom of the dashboard, there is a table that provides a detailed breakdown of each athlete or client, including their Exertion Score, calories burned, average heart rate, steps taken, heart rate variability, and hours of sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The athlete\/client wearable view remains unchanged for now.
