When balancing metrics for hundreds of athletes at once, the challenge becomes collecting actionable data without getting buried by it. Knowing what to track, how to collect it, and how to apply it makes the difference between insight and overload. The goal is to gather data that helps you lead with clarity and make informed decisions that benefit your athletes, coaches, and school community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-identify-what-you-re-trying-to-solve\"><strong>Identify What You\u2019re Trying to Solve<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Data is a tool, not a replacement for instincts.
